Some wall forms in place for the fourth floor on the northwest corner building (the third tower) and wall forms being installed for the 8th floor on the southeast corner (did not get photos of this):

That second last pic is great, it doesn't even look like John Street with all its parking lots and empty space.

It looks like they're starting on the tower portion now - It will be exciting to see this sprout up amongst the skyline.

Windows continue to be installed on the podium on multiple sides and floor forms for floor 10 being installed on the southeast edge of the site, nearly 1/3 of the way up:

Looks good to my eye. A bit more spandrel panels than I'd like. I don't really understand developers aversion to simple metal panels matching the surrounds covering the concrete beneath. It looks far better than faux-windows
