I hope things will start moving here soon. I often go trough here, site looks disgusting, old poorest looking stores, everything is dirty, there’s a weirdo lives there, and there’s always vomit, pee and poo around mixed with litter. I believe this site alone, once demolished, will make Toronto 130% nicer

This is the Terracap playbook. Same thing happening at their King and Spadina site. At least they reinvested in the Dufferin and Orfus property for the longer term. I'll eat my hat if we dont see this proposal reworked for something much taller here.
