I was in Kensington Market yesterday and noticed it looks very prominent from there (Baldwin specifically, as in your shot). I was thinking of going up to the top level of the parking garage to take a panoramic shot, but it seems the levels beyond P3 (which is actually the first level coming from the streets) are closed for renovation, or at least the stairs are. I didn't check if you can actually go up from the ramps (the way cars are going), or if there's an elevator.
