Obviously the result of City Planning and Annex Residents Association hammering on height. Every ugly, fat squished building you see in Toronto is the result of this stupid dynamic of reduce height at any cost.Quality materials may salvage it but this one isn't really my cup of tea. I find the protruding section at the corner from the 3rd to 7th floors to be a rather ungraceful. And depending perhaps on the angle perspective, it might overwhelm the grade level retail and pedestrian experience.
Also this new car parking ratio of 132 parking for 90 units is insane and should not be allowed.
