Stand out design, both inside and out. Great execution by the looks of it. Doubly so when compared to one close by of similar scale, curvy in blue glass and plywood. My only quibble would be the pool which appears rather small and lonely and exposed. At the same time, pools are an expensive proposition to include, high in cost to maintain, present the greatest risk in liability (hard to lose your life in the theatre room) and once the novelty wears off it's usually just guests and grandchildren that occupy.

Those are some serious amenities. I expect nothing less from Tridel who seem to go above board on their amenities, even in their lower end projects so kudos to them. Also love the fact that you don't have to wait years till they are ready (I'm talking to you Great Gulf - One Bloor!)

Yep, that all looks pretty handsome. Pool is rinky dink, but they all are now.
