I don't think I want to stop showing my dislike for this development unless and until someone can permit my opinion. The reason why I dislike this so much is because I noticed a rendering that made HARBOUR PLAZA stand out more, and personally and mentally, this, when compared to HARBOUR PLAZA, would be a direct insult, in terms of positioning, density, and architecture
 
It hasn't been built exactly to the early rendering above. The front part has been cut off from the amenities behind, and will be used to display a public art piece. The art has not been finalized yet. Here's hoping it's bold, relatively simple, and colourful: most people seeing it will be going by at a reasonable clip.

Nice to know - using it as a gym seems a little anti-climatic.
