If the podium glass is anything like the renders, this could be eye-poppingly good. The down side is the risk of increased fender benders on the Gardiner. ;-)
This project might become Toronto best residential tower, or at least one of the top three.
I doubt TRIDEL will miss their historical chance and screw up this building façade, promote their name in a prominent land mark location must be obvious and not missed.
Basically no tourists will even pay attention to what is across the road from the CN Tower.They've already screwed up their last opportunity to make a statement at a very prominent location with 300 Front. Now the busloads of tourists filling the square in front of the CN Tower get an eyeful of spandrel.
