No, there will be no height increase for 501 Yonge. Its plan has been negotiated to death, and no-one will want that reopened.

The Zurich thing has got to be about marketing. Lanterra has brought us The Britt (London theme), Ãce (Scandinavia theme), Treviso (Italy theme), etc. etc., so why not give 501 Yonge a Swiss theme? It's a possibility, and we will know soon enough!

Builder invites its VVVip agents to celebrate the success of "We11esly on the park" in Swiss and releases new project info to them there. Lanterra invited VVVip to St. Matin for We11esly last winter.

I heard Lanterra treated/ protected those VVVip agents very well. Good collaboration. Good for them.
