There will be a 80mm thick concrete topping on all levels (3 and above).Hmmm, are they doing a concrete pour for the roof?

So the floors won’t be that beautiful wood? There will be a 80mm thick concrete topping on all levels (3 and above).
...I presume that's to dampen the bounce that wood base floors can cause? There will be a 80mm thick concrete topping on all levels (3 and above).
If this is the case. I’m shocked they are pouring concrete on the floors after the cladding has been applied and the building has topped off....I presume that's to dampen the bounce that wood base floors can cause?
It was a pain to design for as we will have to go back and adjust all the cladding after the concrete is poured. Thankfully the deflection is not significant. If this is the case. I’m shocked they are pouring concrete on the floors after the cladding has been applied and the building has topped off.
That's correct. So the floors won’t be that beautiful wood?
Yeah...agreed, that's a weird way going about that. So I am assuming this floor variance was needed to deal with an unanticipated problem, like with the asfor mentioned way-too-bouncy floors. >.<If this is the case.
