Posting some highlight slides from FULL set of PDF slides as presented at the recent web meeting -
The 5-Bedroom Unit will mostly be in the Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) / Social Housing stream for low-income multi-generational families, few (if any) will end-up in the Market-Rental stream, but I look forward to seeing those MARKET-RENT rates in the early 2030's on a 1,388 sq ft / 5-Bedroom unit..?Wow what, 5 Bedroom Units?
This is the first i've ever seen of this of any development in Toronto. I haven't had the time to look at unit layout plans, but this is quite something, especially if they are actually somewhat functional and livable units.
