Right thing to do as there is no more land to do stand alone in the park building and low density. Think for the future.

Yeah, also don't forget as the video above states...., by this phase the 300 or so construction workers on site
I wonder if at the moment there is any other construction site in Toronto with that much personal?

not as of right now, but I bet you World on Yonge had a similar if not larger amount a year or two ago. They had 8 cranes on site at one point.
