Thanks for sharing. He says "you guys" way too much. That video doesn't sell the units very well in my opinion with all people rummaging around, but the building looks nice in terms of amenities. I wonder if the residents get a discount on the gym membership, or at least lower maintenance fees since they farmed it out to a commercial operator. Probably not a bad idea for keeping it maintained.

Yeah, the finishes look pretty dated and the units themselves nothing particularly special.

Can't say for the residents but if you work at 1 York, you get a "discounted" corporate rate (and I use that very loosely), of $99.99 a month. Not cheap.

I figure with the price people are paying for those PH units, they're going to renovate them. The building itself seems pretty nice, though. People who bought here on the ground floor are going to do very well.
