Actually the City issued planning approval to construct both buildings some time ago. The builder has a difficulty time selling 70% of the units in order to obtain financing for the construction of the project . Once they do, all they require is proper building permits. As far as i am concerned, The project is not cancelled as the city has not been informed. It is on hold as far as we know .

A little slow on my part answering, but nope, those were on a different site. This is gonna be "S2", a little slow on phase 2 themselves.
