Getting closer. As the photos progress, you'll see work going on in the Farm Boy space on the second floor.

It cannot be too long before all the cladding panels are up on the podium. I wonder if commercial signage will also be raised now (and then tarped until the Farm Boy is open?) so that the sidewalk can be cleared and opened, once and for all…

As admin would know by looking there is still multiple areas of siding work that needs to be finished. ANY rushing to open more of the sidewalk is dangerous and prohibited by the City and insurance company. Dropped siding is deadly as it slices like a knifes

I would not expect them to open the sidewalk before the cladding is all applied, as I said in my post. I am wondering if the signage will also go up before the sidewalk is opened.

Sorry no signage yet

Escalators being install, windows being wash exterior and still a lot of finish work to be done to get to Farm Boy and parking. Exterior sidewalk are fully completed and open to the public. Paver in place for the underground park, loading dock area and some sidewalk. Like the ceiling for various areas.

I just noticed this, but since when did this development get its name changed to "Station Place"?
I just noticed this and the 4th name change for this site with 3 under construction. Considering all the photos I shot of this tower, have no plan to rename them as far too many to do.

As for Farm Boy, it been a matter of when from what I was seeing going by it the last month. Not my cup of tea to buy from even with it on my way home and easy to get to.

I being walking by this place all the time and never really look close at the signs as I thought were the run of the mill. If I had looked closer, would had noticed the change of name for the tower back when they went up.

Noticed they have a different signage over the door to Farm Boy and goes in hand that there will be more retail on the lower level. Always felt there was to be more retail based on what I was seeing during my visits.
