Thanks for posting that! It's about time we got a photo from the inside of that penthouse! I had no idea it was more expensive than the four seasons one which was marketed as Canada's most expensive condo for a very long time.
I guess this one is in the same boat as the Trump Chicago one. Sitting unoccupied and unfurnished with quite possibly the most stunning penthouse in the city.
And I can't believe the onion done is part of the penthouse!!! For the longest time I heard that it would be roofed over when construction finished so nobody would see the inside. Spectacular. What a master bedroom. So does this mean the onion dome will only be lit up when the owner has his lights on? Lol

I had the same impression. He was gonna live in it. So in a nutshell, the only multimillion dollar penthouse sold so far is the four seasons one. Right??

I was referring to The shangri la one, four seasons (sold), aura, trump, the ritz. These were the huge palaces in the sky going for 20-30 million dollars.

I might be wrong but I think Aura and L went for under 20 mill. (aura was like 16 or 11 million wasn't it? And still unsold/ is divided up now). The sizes of those units are in the same range as the hotel ones, but the buildings and locations themselves are not. The private residence type buildings demand a super premium.
Btw: great work on the model parkryan! I had to double take as I thought it was an official model by Trump that I hadn't seen before!
