So it looks like the final colour for these beams will be white not blue. Guess the blue layer is some sort of protective paint.

I keep hoping that the Front Street facade will grow on me. But the semi-transparent glass panels on the upper floors give the facade a cold and anonymous feel that's lacking in focal points. It's not what was depicted in the renderings. Regular windows were depicted in the renderings.

I'm hoping that transparent glass at sidewalk level will provide a much-needed focal point and a sense of warmth and vibrancy to the building. However, the northwest corner of the building at Front and Jarvis is supposed to have anonymous features as well--some sort of blank wall that looks like it will conceal mechanical elements.
