Finally glazing the front windows - I think the upper floors will soon be fully enclosed.

I keep hoping that the Front Street facade will grow on me. But the semi-transparent glass panels on the upper floors give the facade a cold and anonymous feel that's lacking in focal points. It's not what was depicted in the renderings. Regular windows were depicted in the renderings.

I'm hoping that transparent glass at sidewalk level will provide a much-needed focal point and a sense of warmth and vibrancy to the building. However, the northwest corner of the building at Front and Jarvis is supposed to have anonymous features as well--some sort of blank wall that looks like it will conceal mechanical elements.

Roof insulation continues - I doubt all will be done by Christmas but they are working away on it today and finishing off the main front window..
