Spectra and Quartz just look so incoherent, even read separately. The proportions are very clumsy too. Blech.

The podium is a pleasant surprise. The heavy charcoal framing contrasts wonderfully with the light cladding of the rest of the tower. The colours come together nicely.

Agreed. It's definitely the best of the bunch at street level.

As well as the rest of Canoe Landing Park. It will extend into the pit, and should have a playground and some other amenities for the schools and community centre.
