The aquarium and the convention centre should be expanded together. How cool it would be to have a single, integrated facility!

MTCC south is already underground - and I believe they will need to build up to expand - don't think they have the space to spare. Building under the plaza around CN Tower/Bobbie Rosenfeld Park all the way to Skydome might be far superior choice (and the landscaping is a total mess anyways). A reinstalled Salmon Run would be a good fit with the aquarium theme.
