Yes the details are pretty bad for the retail units. The signage in the window is not very visible, especially when you're on the sidewalk facing the building as they're blocked by the bizarre canopy.

The bike stands aren't good either. Multiple of them have already been damaged as they're easy to knock over to steal bikes. So they aren't used much and simply add clutter in front of the retail units.

This building isn't good in any way, but they made the ground level so much worse than it needed to be because of these details.
 
There is more work left to be done on those front areas (another glass layer to be added on top of those metal bases, so far glass layer has been added at the entrance portion only) and the lights are still not functional. I don't know why they can't do everything in 1 step and have to arbitrarily divide up simple work into different stages, but it's super annoying to say the least (same thing with the interior, no wallpaper in some areas (added in certain areas only lol) and no carpet still)

Anyways it looks slightly better in person than what appears to be on these photos. Maybe it will look even better after all work has been completed, whenever they decide that would be.
