Toronto skyline

nice pic. the way this photo is cropped (or not?) makes this photo pop. I love how each one of these towers stands on it's own while layering upon the building in front of it (and actually, in this photo, we get a ton of different styles of architecture in a single photo, which is unique). It's not everyday that Brookfield Place looks this great.

who knew there was such a lovely lake in there, eh

Not a lake, but a pond.

Here's a aerial image: https://maps.google.ca/maps?q=ontario+science+centre&ll=43.716465,-79.338713&spn=0.013741,0.027874&fb=1&gl=ca&hq=ontario+science+centre&hnear=ontario+science+centre&cid=0,0,1834336067879870433&t=m&z=16

I'm pretty sure the pond in E.T Seton Park is man-made. Was it part of the construction of the Ontario Science Centre? Here's a natural body of water in the Woodcliff Greenbelt: http://binged.it/HceV4B

really? what makes you say that?

looks more like an oxbow (former course of the west don river)

i've been down there many times, and if that's man-made i will be very surprised

That mysterious Science Centre 'pond' has been there 'forever.'
