What's interesting to me, however, is that the developer here has acquired that entire block of Sudan:

Yesterday, in the morning. Just a quick few shots, with some precast panelling in on the north podium of the north tower. It reminds me of the Hampton rental tower so far.

I'm pretty sure this crane belongs to the project. I'm looking forward to seeing this site, with 75 Broadway, fill out the area a bit, even if it'll be quite dense.
