I swear if the podium doesn't end up looking like the renderings I'm going to be SO mad. Cause that's a Quality podium design
From what I can tell the windows look like that.

Is it copper in the podium? if so, would it oxidize and turn green after a few years?

This seems to come up every couple of pages - the spec'd material is tinted glass, not copper or corten.

It was supposed to be some sort of metal behind glass, so the colour would stay.
But I thought there were mentions of it being downgraded from that rendered finish. I hope it's not true.

The metal was along the ground level - a vermiculated pattern of aluminum. As you can see, it's been removed apart from around the residential entrance on Colborne Street, but the coloured glazing on the residential levels of the podium remains.

Never - it's orange glass that's coming!
I'm looking for that spandrel panel in the renderings at the top of the page, and strangely, I don't see it.

The orange-tinted framing will be fixed in front of the spandrels.
Ah, so thicker than I expected for the orange glass over both the slab and in kick-plate territory. Interesting!
