Folks on this forum will be unlikely to have an exact date of completion, as budgetary/resource constraints and construction timelines are typically unavailable to the general public. However, based on the feel of things from the most recent photo update, we'd hope that it should be completed within this year as majority of work looks substantially in place.

Yup. Smaller jobs, especially those with a number of custom pieces, end up taking longer to complete than the bigger jobs as everyone from the manufacturers of the custom pieces to the installation trades people concentrate on the bigger jobs that will make them more money. The smaller jobs typically get attended to only when they get stuck on the bigger ones. (Deliveries to Major Project X are a day late? Off to Serra House today everyone!)
