We just finished with our qtk and haven’t received any appointment for design. Waiting for our delay announcement letter

Received notice of delay today with my new occupancy date but i have doubts of this new date given the progess so far

Always get uneasy when I see these full wood construction townhouses built for such a high price. I hope those shelling out well over $1M are prepared for the noise they're about to hear. Perhaps not a concern with this project but too many horror stories with new townhouses.
