Site as of July 19, seems like there's still quite a bit of exterior work and with the building not sealed yet, interior is probably very early phases.

The black building is pretty slick - can't say the same for Rocket.

That relentless wall of grey spandrel on the Rocket is brutal, especially when viewed on cloudy days.

Ya, I suppose they could still have to paint the railing white but why would they not do that before installing them. This monotone grey color is pretty depressing plus, the renderings show tall glass panels for the bottom floors with pillars for support, definitely does not look like that now.

The unit plans are maybe more depressing. Somehow they fit a two bedroom into 520 sq ft.
