Agreed for the time being. But I'm optimistic this will change as that pointy northeast corner continues to grow. Even more so if the crown delivers.

Looks like they have added 2 extra floors, from looking at the the rendering before that corner starts setting back?
You should see the the change on the 35th floor which they are pouring
