Below-grade construction is now complete, and above-grade construction has officially started. Looks like below-grade construction was only 1-month delayed. Overall, the project is on track to be completed by next November based on the project plan.

Does this include the urban townhomes as well or just the condo?

Not sure precisely what you're referring to. The shoring excavation would mostly just be for the parking garage/plumbing, etc. The above-grade works seems to have started already, and it looks like the structures for the townhomes have started first based on recent pictures. The project plan is for the whole project, so I expect it will be completed by next November/December based on the given timelines and there adherence to the schedule so far.
