Toronto Regent Park: Block 27 | 94.18m | 29s | TCHC | RAW Design

For me this is the worst building built in the past decade that I can think of. I'm thinking of other disasters like Daniels waterfront, the recent college street buildings by UofT, the college park buildings, and the absolute pile that is YC condos. But this building stands head and shoulders above the rest as an absolute dog's breakfast of a design. I can't image what the $^#* the architects at RAW were thinking. What embarrassing incompetence.

the big reason why it is designed like this is because of lack of budget and it seems like they wanted to bring back tchc residents quickly into the community after having to move from the old buildings and not having to wait too long to return back, therefore the creation of the high rise. there are many noise complaint issues in this building as well....
