Yeah, I'm that nerdy about urban development that sometimes I do. I still look up at buildings like this and go, 'Sweeeeet.'

Yeah I've done quite a u-turn on this one. It's really grown on me. I just wish the green roof(s) were cleaned up a bit.

Those pictures are so good they look like renders--and they really show that this building can be quite flattering. I also quite like how it meets the street...it's open, wide, and inviting.
