Another proposal for a residential development in the Springbook area of west Brampton, at the northeast corner of Queen and Creditview.

Application, in the pre-consultation phase, is proposing a 12-storey mixed-use building with commercial uses at grade, with 190 residential units. There are several stepbacks in the proposed building, likely to placate neighbouring homeowners. The fact that there are three residential elevators is a plus - that's a respectable ratio, unlike a lot of recent proposals.

Only floor plans have been made available so far.

The stepbacks aren't about placating homeowners, it is about the City of Brampton requiring 45 degree angular planes from every angle
