Urbanation just tweeted that bazis has apparently purchased 64 Queen East and 133-135 Church. This is the northeast corner of Church and Queen.

The properties outlined in the tweet actually don't include shawarma king, but I'm sure its needed to turn this into an actually developable plot.

Looks like properties involved go up as north as Simon's Pawnbrokers along Church. I wonder if Bazis will go with a similar approach as they did with 1 Yorkville, and maintain/restore the older buildings, and then have the tower rise behind them.

133/135 should probably stay but the rest can go as far as I am concerned, unless something nice is hiding behind Shawarma King's bright yellow siding.

Apparently Pemberton has now picked up 139 church street, the current McTamney's jeweller. The Wilsen Christen building is all that sits between that and this parcel.

Sorry I meant Wilson Christon. If they are able to get the two parcels between Jazz and Mctamneys, we are looking at double towers here.
