Looks like one 12,500 sq ft space for a grocery store and two smaller retails units on the east corner. The wonks will have a better read on this, but to me it seems like a larger anchor provides more balance against the few dozen tiny retail units in on this strip.

For no apparent reason, there are five, fake window panels. There's nothing like this anywhere else on the exterior. It's a bizarre, random choice.

The unit I would have picked is one of the last ones left. Years ago I had some experience with a comparable place and that long layout and those southwest views keep a place bright and comfortable even during these dark months.

Bonus points for those closets along the wall against the hallway. I had an apt with those and I sure wish I had that extra soundproofing today.
