There's an error on the front page story on this project that says that the brick is precast panels. @interchange42 I can assure you that the bricklayers have been laying very real brick!

As I said - looks quite clean and lovely from the appropriate distance. The nautical white feels appropriate for a build that's overlooking the lake. The above pix are so clean they resemble renders!

This reminds me a lot of the infamous Bayview Ghost, but reworked with a more contemporary design. I'm unsure if I'd prefer that over this, but to me they're similar

This stupid building. This is a brand new wall; they could have put it together any way they wanted to ... and they did THIS. Congrats, you won the quilting competition, grandma. And this is the wall that frames the "public space".

This is what those clean, white buildings look like up close. There has to be another round of finish to clean this up before it's done, right? I'm guessing the little holes are for connecting some sort of outer layer?
It's going to look more like this cheap, steel garden shed, right? Sort of cleaned up?

Like with some of the exterior finishes of Wonder Condos, it screams "too cool to care" .
