From less than an hour ago - the eastern building has now been reduced to a pile of rubble and the western one is practically kneeling for mercy now.

From a little over an hour ago. The view of the western building from Queen Street is spectacular. Reminds me of the crumpled prow of a decimated battleship.

Gabe: Could have been! The last few times I have been strolling around the site I've run into other shooters and I always wonder if I "know" them via UT. Kind of funny! In any case, I've seen lots of people stopping to shoot this stuff - apparently all sorts of people are fasciated by this particular kind of moment in time - a temporary suspension between two different states.

Not me, then. Red ball cap today.... oh well.... I expect that they'll be back at it tomorrow and the western building will be knocked down entirely over the next two or three days. Maybe I'll run into you yet.

31-Months (Oct 2024 is interim occupancy) sounds appropriate given that Demolition is now "Complete".

...but -- as always, a lot can happen to screw-up that schedule over 31-months.
