Any idea what retail will go in here? No plan for a grocery store is there? Fingers crossed for a metro!

No full-line grocer.

There's only ~16,000ft2 of retail here. Which would fit the smallest supermarket formats, though just barely. However, in this case, there are at least 2 discrete units, the larger one looks looks to be maybe 9,500ft2 'ish...

The renders actually show these spaces demised into something a bit finer-grained, but if they can pick up a drug sort for one of them, I'm sure they will.

Dollarama could be an option for this retail space. Supermarket wise I think a small version of say "Metro" could work or even "FreshCo".

Neither Metro nor Freshco have 'mini' versions in existence, nor in development so far as I'm aware.

Sobeys, Longos and Loblaws (City Market) all have variations on this theme.
