There's an incredible long term plan for this mall. St Louis Bar and Grill is now open. October we'll see Olive Branch and Rexall's expanded and renovated flagship store. There's a poster of around 12 new tenants and now, there's a huge 2 level GoodLife Fitness centre currently under construction
 

GoodLife Promenade opening 2025 which means anywhere between 3 months and 14 months.

Many of the tenants mentioned in the R-I piece are noted by @secondchance above.

But there are a couple more.

First what we already knew, but maybe with a hint more detail:

1) The Olive Branch supermarket: Kosher/Jewish is expected to be a big regional draw and should open Late October

2) The under construction Good Life is very large at 52,000ft2 over 2 levels.

Also coming is Brown and Busters, a 20,000ft2 entertainment complex featuring Bowling, Bumper Cars and a food offering.

Thanks @Northern Light for the mention. It's going to be a very complex project, as they need to go through many proposals and approvals. Their vision (Michael Serruya Aaron Serruya) owners of the shopping centre, is one which people can work, live, shop, play and have all the needs without leaving the area. Olive Branch is approx 35,000 Sq ft taking most of the lower level addition. Rexall's been renovated and relocated, taking a few other tenants... but shifted to leave room for a common area or a future tenant. My opinion, it would be great if it's a common area that leads to the existing food court and add more fast food vendors. Relocate the escalators to the new development. Just an idea.
 
Next Phase site plan is in:

Block 6, developed with a high-rise residential bilding comprising two towers, 27-storeys and 30-storeys in height. The development block has been designed to address High Street to the west and to achieve increased pedestrian permeability through the implementation of mid-block connectivity, as well as generously landscaped amenity areas at grade.

Opening October 30, 2024 is Olive Branch. Looks to be about 30,000 SQ FT Kosher Grocery Store. It's stocked now with inventory and shopping carts and cash registers. Just doing finishing touches. Looks pretty fancy and that sign is completely lit and looks great. Rexall is also finished and has a walk-in clinic. Promenade updated the new tenants coming by the spring of 2025. Looks promising. Hope they soon change the common areas, ceilings and fixtures. Add trees and water features and really make use of the skylights and seating.
