There's still a lot to be done. I am pretty sure they're waiting for this project to be completed before any others are released. Also, they are going through all the secondary plan approvals from the City of Vaughan with renderings of the complete project. When all approvals are met, and adjustments are made, we will see a rapid completion of the proposed phases.
 
December 15, 2023 Things are really coming along now. Many changes are going to happen inside and outside the area. Summer 2024 is when they expect the new wing to open with a fully Kosher community grocery store, probably North America\'s largest. New restaurants, services and stores are also going to be ready.

Earlier today. Also, High Street has a coat of asphalt and the project is looking better every time I swing by to take a look. Inside the mall, there are stores relocating and there are many big vacant spaces ready for new tenants. A sign is posted with some of the ones coming to the mall this year. Note: Mainly food and service. Waiting for news on permanent fashion retailers joining Promenade.
