Icon seems to do a lot of these meh to good architecture infill midrises in the suburbs. Seems like the sort of architecture and density we need more of in this city.
 
I passed by on the bus today, and there's temporary construction fencing surrounding the church. I haven't found any demo or building permits for this site though.

The temporary fencing been there for a while, about a year already,... lots of properties along this part of Sheppard Ave West from Bathurst to Downsview Station (Allen/Dufferin) has temporary fencing or boarded up with wooden hoarding for years and years,.....
