I noticed the city went on a tree planting spree over the last week downtown. The city is doing a better job too of ensuring they stay alive, thanks likely in part to tree king Cameron.

Looking forward to seeing them grow and fill some of the tree gaps.

I have to assume Coletera is using this ground floor commercial space as their offices? I've seen like 5 dudes in various work gear sitting around a table in one of the commercial units with a microwave in it. I guess it would make sense with two large developments next door, but those don't seem to be moving very quickly... Really odd. They also haven't poured concrete on the east edge of the building yet, which is also odd.
