I used to live and work in this area but moved away since. So weird to see how relentless construction has been and doesn't seem to be coming to an end anytime soon

Will there be trees or greenery to soften the ground level? Renders don't show it, so I'm not hopeful.

The planting bed will have Lady Ferns, Bottlebrush Buckeye and Sweet Woodruff.

How does this fit into the "stone" pavement/sidewalk and tree planting in John street improvement plan proposal by the City if/when the plan will be implemented ?
wondering if the sidewalk concrete pouring is done?Walked by the site today noticed they are going with 99 John St as the municipal address instead of 283 Adelaide? View attachment 334478
