PJ Condos is a condo.
The Selby is a rental building and the developer (Tricon) will likely be owners and operators for decades to come. Attention to detail becomes more prescient if it's an asset that is going to stay on your books for a long time horizon.

This is fantastic and a welcome change from all the glass. We need more high-rise brick/stone buildings.

this is a 9er, well executed. could have been a 10 if the glass was slightly better on some areas. but overall glad it was built in Entertainment district.

I disagree. I could have compared this to many other condos then what would he have said? HP did a great job despite the developer holding them back.
