I don't think it's paint, it's stain and since the concrete is porous it will absorb in as well. I think it will hold up very well long term.Who thought painting 60 floors of fake brick was a good idea?

From the images provided, the white appears to be a protective coating for installation and construction protection, which when removed exposes the red precast brick. There's absolutely zero possibility the builder would paint or stain these by hand post-installation - that would be financially and logistically unfeasibile.
