East tower on the right almost at grade now, west tower to the left above grade. Looks like they've only been working in the East tower since January, it was still a big pit then.

The west side is at grade with with work starting on the 2nd floor. Forming taking place for the east haft and will be in place in late May 100%. The new west street in place for the towers as well the townhouses at the north end.

No one can say for sure but I would guess well over a year, probably closer to two years.

This project is such a timeline disaster.
I know a guy that bought one of these units wayyy back and was honestly hoping to move in Winter 2021 .
