A mammoth nondescript box with tiny windows and devoid of any design or interest. It’s already looking like a dated nursing home, a Best Western or a correctional facility. Yonge Street here seems like a wasteland of strip malls, fast food places, and a mishmash of low rise commercial buildings. It feels very depressing.
