Toronto Peter Street Condominiums | 129.84m | 40s | CentreCourt | a—A

I work at richmond and spadina, and of the existing buildings in the neighbourhood I'd have to agree it is the nicest, though a bit boring. Much better than the pinnacle/cinema tower cluster. I have pretty high hopes for tableau, picasso and QRC though.

If it didn't have that cheap-looking frosted-ish balcony glass, I'd love it. Everything else about it is so crisp and clean.

It would be fine if the podium had true black cladding like in the rendering. It would make for a crisp contrast with the white frosted balcony glass, which obscures the random collection of balcony furniture that residents keep.

I assume theres a height restriction in this district? All these new towers being the same height creates an ugly plateau. I find it would look much better with more variation.

it definitely looks better from the east/west than north/south with nothing but balcony rows. I'm glad they kept it simple though, often balconies look over designed and just a big mess.
