5 years ago a 40-floor project beginning its rise would have been pretty significant. Now it goes ignored for months at a time with all the 50+ floor stuff going up everywhere.
 
Finally something that isn't a point tower rising! I like the massing. Hopefully the quality and execution are just as good.
 
This one has a rectangular floor plate, but based on the ratio of the size of the floor plate to the overall height of the building, it will still look slender from any angle, so to my mind this to be more of a point tower than a slab. Other than the noticed corners for balconies, it's the ultimate cereal box I suppose. Looking forward to it too!
