Let's not defame people. As I pointed out before, the vast majority of Toronto RE investors are domestic.

I must say there once were lots of foreign investors in pre-con market, but that's before NRST

Ever since 2017, it's easier for realtors to run into alien on the street than foreign investor.

Shameless politicians still deflect the blame on foreign investors, and the public still buy this BS.
