I visited this community center recently and it definitely looks like a good addition to this little pocket. Overall, the design was very simiar to other newer community centers in the city, which is not a bad thing by any means. The amenities looked nice and the layout itself felt quite spacious. I'm sure the locals in the area will make good use of this facility.

The pool has opened (and closed for the season) since I was last up here. Lots of kids enjoying the basketball courts and other equipment this past weekend.
