With RBC going in at the south end, will BOM or Scotiabank be going in at the north end since there is 56,000 sq ft of office space for lease here?

Come Oct, the skyline will vacant of cranes until the PSV towers start climbing late 2014/15.

The 3rd tower is nearing the topping off level.

The topping off is at hand. Will be about 2 years before you see a crane in the city centre core skyline again

The crane for Mirage at Rathburn and Confederation should be up in the next month or so. Although construction has yet to begin, I would guess that the crane for Grand2 (48s) will be up in the next year or so :)
 
I actually have a big soft spot for this project... it's handsome and appears quite functional; the streetscape is urban and will serve MCC very well in the long term.

Thanks for the pics Jasonzed! Absolutely love everything about this project! From all of the exposed concrete being painted white, to the copper accents throughout, the massing of the podium, the way it meets the street, the minor details in each tower that make them all unique etc. It's a real winner for MCC.
 
I think overall this is actually the best condominum project Mississauga has ever seen, even better than Absolute (which fails at street level).
 
Looking good. For all the love these towers are getting, if they were in CityPlace, people would be screaming bloody murder.
 
I'm glad I wasn't the only person getting Cityplace vibes from this
 
The Cityplace vibe will be more universal once we have 11 similar looking buildings clustered together. 3 is already pushing it.
