Yes, the red is fantastic, I just wish there was more of it. You don't see the stripes when standing directly across from the east or west sides.

I think you're right. You can see in that last picture that the top floor is a few feet higher than the rest, and you can also seen the front of the parapet for the roof.

The hits of orangey red really make this look great from the street level. This intersection is so much better with this project here now.
 
This intersection will really be nice, but then just east of here, at Dundas E. and Sherbourne, it will still be kinda grungy.

Hopefully one day that area is developed as well. One can only hope. I wonder how long before the parking lot of the north/west corner of Jarvis/Dundas is sold to developers.

Balcony glass before anything else. That's pretty uncommon!

Can you imagine how much broken balcony glass there would be on One Bloor East if they did that? There is a LOT of broken glass already.
